Italian Wedding Soup

(Makes about 4 quarts)

Heat broth, pepper, and bullion to boiling. Wash and tear escarole into small pieces. Add to broth. Simmer until escarole is tender. Add pasta and cook until pasta is tender. Add meatballs and heat until boiling.

Freezes well.
